Refund Policy

Free trials

The 14-day Standard trial and the 14-day Teacher trial are both free and neither collects payment details. Because no charge occurs, there is nothing to refund for trial use; when a trial ends, the account is locked until you choose a paid plan.

Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming period. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by applicable consumer protection law, subscription fees are non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, provide a partial or full refund in individual circumstances, but are under no obligation to do so.

Disputes and chargebacks

We treat a chargeback as a request to terminate the subscription. Access is suspended immediately upon notice of a dispute and the account may be closed. If you believe a charge is wrong, please email us before filing a dispute — we can usually resolve billing issues faster than the chargeback process.
